Coaches on the Edge to be on the Cover of O Magazine – Week 16.

Laurie: Someone stopped me as I was going out of building last week and asked “Are you really going to be on the cover of O Magazine?” oprah march 2010 cover I had no choice but to cover for you, and believe me, it was my pleasure. They would never have understood that we have yet to hear from you. elizabeth and I, on the other hand, know that you are terribly busy doing that daily show, creating that glorious publication that weighs five pounds, socializing with the Prez of the US, and probably running a part of the Olympics. But our fans may not be as understanding.

elizabeth: Well, Oprah is also working on getting her network up. And I think patience is a virtue – of which I have none since I do bite down on my knuckles when it becomes too much. The waiting and wondering. It could destroy a weaker woman but I know our girlfriend from Chicago has plans for us. I just hope the letter does not start with…”Ms. Winfrey would like you to cease and desist from contacting her.” Nay, the only way Oprah knows about this is through all the good vibes that we and our fans are sending her way. Right? You are sending them? Laurie and I can’t do it alone. We’d end up pulling at each other’s hair. And then we would look pretty crappy on the cover of O.

Laurie: Patience is our middle name. Well, actually that’s totally not true. I’m sure you’ve heard of a New York minute? Well, both elizabeth and I reign in the City That Never Sleeps and we are used to multi-tasking at the speed of light, but for you, our future best friend and photograph cover sharer, we will slow down the pace and enjoy the journey that will eventually lead us to the glossy front page of O Magazine. Witty, wise, and waiting – that’s us.

elizabeth: Well, actually my middle name is anne. I can’t start lying to Oprah.
