Laurie:  Oprah, elizabeth and I are edging up on our 100th blog.  That’s a lot of blogging, and in your case, it’s a lot of begging.  What a      lovely anniversary gift being on the cover of O Magazine would be for the well-deserving, witty and wonderful Coaches on the Edge!  And what a nice gift to yourself.  Although I am sure there would be some withdrawal symptoms, you would not have to sit around anxiously imageswondering if you were going to hear from us every Wednesday.

elizabeth: As you can see, Oprah, we can take something like a 100 blogs and turn it into a photo shoot with you. We are clever little coaches and I think just the thought that Laurie and I are still blogging together  should be awarded with a nice interview in the pages of O. Pssst…our book proposal is ready to be read and I will use my middle name when I sign our lucrative book contract. BTW – it’s Oprah.

Laurie:  We’ve proven that we’re tough and resilient.  One hundred blogs equal a lot of fussing, fighting and flummoxing between a blonde-haired Yankee and a displaced south-of-the-Mason-Dixon-Line Italian.  But the end result has been well worth the trouble.  And we are sure that our weekly harassment-in-the-form-of-a-homage to you will pay off too.  Determined doesn’t even begin to describe it!

elizabeth: Laurie, I think after we get on the cover of O, our next Oprah blogs could be about us getting a show on Ms. Winfrey’s new network. Did I mention that Laurie’s middle name is Gayle. Separated at birth we are.
