imagesLaurie: Spring is officially here, March is over, and new possibilities are a’bloomin’. Oprah, why not start out this lovely and most favorite of seasons with the Coaches on the Edge on your cover. We urge you to consider quickly before we get our pale winter hands on the Easter candy. Hams and yams and coconut cakes – oh my!

elizabeth: I got a stomach ache from your high caloric list. Even if Oprah wants to put us on the cover – we will have to get in line and wait graciously. The magazine covers are planned for months at a time but that does not mean that a solo shot of Oprah could not turn into a cover with Oprah and me and you somewhere in the background…maybe walking one of her dogs. You like action shots, right?
Laurie: Just to let you see what a thoughtful and generous person I am, blonde and lovely elizabeth is most definitely a “spring color.” I being the more vivid and brazen of the two prefer the darker colors of a winter hue, but I will sacrifice if you wish to put us on a cover during the spring months. For art and our best Gal Pal, nothing is too much. Altruistic and brown-nosing – who could ask for anything more?
elizabeth: Excuse me. Spring colors? Have you ever seen a pastel color come close to my body?  I have a restraining order out against peach and pink. And how come I get stuck with “lovely” and you are all of a sudden “vivid and brazen?” Maybe a nice mauve will compliment your brown nosing.
Oprah, please forgive my outbreak. I know we shouldn’t fight in front of you but Laurie started it with the crack about me being lovely.
