Coaching for the Creative Soul Workshops

 This four-part creativity coaching workshop at The Art League of Long Island is designed to help artists realize that even when times are tough, these times can be a launching pad to uncovering innovative and creative opportunities and increased prosperity.

Areas that will be addressed are:

• Overcoming creative barriers
• Cultivating and maintaining creative thought and action
• Learning skills to reach full artistic potential
• Being more productive with creative goals
• Restructuring daily schedule to get the most out of your time
• Taking charge of your unique contributions to your art
• Developing business strategies to perpetuate artistic visibility
• Creative exercises to get the right side of the brain working!

• Some of the exercises planned for the workshop are:

• Points of You: an innovative coaching game that allows artists to reframe their messages about themselves and their artwork
• Intuition: You’ve got it and you’re going to prove it
• Action Plans and Affirmations
